A 11% tax added to all room rates.

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY:

All rates are based on two people occupancy. There is a minimum extra charge per night in the amount of $10.00 for a extra person 18 years old and older.

DEPOSIT/SECURE RESERVATION:

In order to check in, all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card . We accept cash, Traveler Checks, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. Please be advised that a refundable deposit of $50 per night is required upon check-in, if paying by cash.

ALERT: (Debit Card Users: At the time of check in, your debit/credit card will be authorized for the amount of your stay and incidentals. This authorization will be released within 7-10 business days following your departure). We suggest using a credit card upon check then using your debit card upon check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to arrival to cancel w/o penalty. *(Excludes Prepaid Internet Bookings)

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT POLICY:

The check in time is not before 4:00 p.m. every day. The check out time is promptly 11:00 a.m. so we may adequately prepare our rooms for our next guests. We will try to accommodate special requests for early check in or late check out.

ROOM AMENITIES:

All our guestrooms are all equipped with private bathrooms with a shower and/or bath, air conditioning, phones, 24/7 front desk service, hairdryers, MP3 Ready AM/FM clock radio, TV w/ HBO and smoke alarms, Irons and ironing boards, coffeemakers.

IN ROOM AMENITIES UPON YOUR ARRIVAL:

WIRELESS INTERNET:

If you are traveling with your laptop, complimentary wireless high speed internet access is available in the hotel lobby. We also have computer work stations for those who cannot travel with their laptop.

DELUXE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN YOUR ROOM RATE:

We offer an extended continental breakfast each morning from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Our continental breakfast consist of a variety of fresh fruits, muffins, bagels, a rotational menu of hot entrees & fresh made Belgium waffles

AN IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that the Historic Strasburg Inn is a historic landmark. To preserve and maintain its historic significance no elevator is present. Our guests can be accommodated either on first or second in one of five buildings located on the grounds. Children are welcome with a parent or guardian. The entire property is non-smoking (Violation of this policy will result in a $150 service fee). *See the front desk for the designated smoking area.

PARKING:

Complimentary parking is available for all registered guests. Handicapped parking is located near the reception area and in front of the Kendig house.
