Large Group Policies

Flexible Group Tour Rates : (1 to 4 persons per room) $10 extra charge for roll-away

Deposit Policy: A $300.00 deposit is due within 10 days of receiving the contract.

Payment Policy: Various payment plans available

Cancellation Policy: If the SIGNED contract/deposit is not received within 10 days of RECEIPT; rooms will be considered null and void; unless alternative arrangements have been worked out between hotel and the contracting group.

Group Cancellation Period: 30 days out with full refund of deposit. Less than 30 days out, the $300.00 deposit is forfeited.

Rooming List: Due 21 days prior to arrival along with estimated time of arrival and departure.

Comp Policy: 1 complimentary room with 18 paid rooms.

Driver Policy: 50% discount off published rates (Must be identified on rooming list as driver)

Group Check-in Time: After 4:00 p.m.

Group Check Out Time: Before 11:00 a.m.
